Unless my eyes deceive me, this is a Curtiss P-36. The radial variant of the venerable P-40, it was notably unsuccessful in the hands af all but the most motivated of pilots, such as the Finns. I think, the Dutch had some, too. Alas, an ME-109 is not a Polikarpov, as the record will show.
The CA-16 Wirraway, license built North American NA-33(NA-16-2K), had a fabric covered fuselage. The aircraft in the photo is most likely an SNJ-1 or SNJ-2 modified to look like a Hellcat.

Canadian built Harvard Mk IV (AT-6/SNJ). The paint scheme is spurious.
