I am thinking about Bora Bora for honeymooning, especially after seeing your pictures! Any recommendations on how much to expect for flights or accomodations or where to go to just relax (not the tourist thing)?

I was in Bora Bora last fall. It was the most amazing trip. I can highly recommend Le Meridien Bora Bora. We had a deep water bungalow (room 305, I think) with the best view of the lagoon and island. Air fare depends on where you're coming from, but the overwater bungalows run around $800 USD/night. Quite expensive, but they do have other bungalow offerings from around $350-$400 depending on the time of year.

July-Sept. is the dry season, but you're usually pretty safe until mid-November. The weather IS extremely unpredictable, so don't expect 100% sunshine.

Oh, and one other thing...book a full, all-inclusive package. It's cheaper (even though the food is nothing exceptional.)

Hi.

I stumbled onto your site from AppleScript Info. What a nice surprise!
